I’ve followed the steps but the chatbot can’t process it
Thank you. I’ve tried doing what the chatbot says and it replies with sorry, unable to process your request and transfers me to a human assistant which I haven’t heard back from yet. Any ideas?
I have brought a roof rack however I received an email the next day saying I need to verify my ping payment? I’ve been through the online chat bot and they said they put me through to a human assistant, but I haven’t had any response. Please help as I need this product urgently
