  • I am trying to help my father get a success fee refund as the buyer didn’t follow through with the purchase. The item number starts with KP- so as per instructions we tried the bot who ultimately just said fill in the form - we couldn’t find it hence using the bot. When we try the contact us we get error 409. How else can we contact trademe. Feels worse than trying to get hold of Spark!
