Calllum NzPost hasnt even given it one scan yet. According to them its still sitting at there shop waiting on being picked up. Thats why im annoyed at the seller he hasnt actually inquired to why its not been picked up And this was Thursday 10th 2022
Callum. I actually opened a Dispute and the seller forwarded the dispute email to me getting annoyed. I told him everything thet it hadnt been picked up from the post office and the tracking number wasnt worlong and all he could sag was that it wasnt his problem and hes done everything on his end. I guess i need to let things sort things out with trade me
The seller wont lodge a query. Ive asked nz post and they said it needs to be the seller He says there's nothing more he wants to do .
Thank u. Sadly this particular shipper has given up any intrest why i havent got my item bc hes given me the shipping number. The item haven't even left there post office Ive gone threw tge trade me channels. To get it sorted out
does the seller have any responsibly of item once tracking number has been given even though the item has not been picked up from the post office? i feel like they should at least inquire what the issue is
