Hoping to get some guidance please.  The guidelines for photos in a listing are JPG, less than 5MB and must be 500 pixels. I took photos with an iPhone which are .heic files.  I changed them to JPG, they are 2MB and 4032x3024 pixels. So meet the above guidelines. Yet I still get an error message saying they still don't comply. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
