Im trying to Verify a payment with ping, I followed the steps in the email, did what the chat box said, found my 4 digit code and yet it keeps saying its wrong. I'm at a loss, I know I have the correct code from my statement, its in uppercase, why wont it accept it??? what am I doing wrong????
