Hi Callum - yes, they paid by Ping. I just wanted to speak to them by phone and apologise and I just hope they don't give me negative feedback as it's a genuine mistake that I've been trying to contact them about. OK, I'll reverse the Ping payment (and hopefully they'll get the full amount back as I'm happy to pay any fees) and then, you're right. I just need to wait.
