Hi Callum - yes, they paid by Ping. I just wanted to speak to them by phone and apologise and I just hope they don't give me negative feedback as it's a genuine mistake that I've been trying to contact them about. OK, I'll reverse the Ping payment (and hopefully they'll get the full amount back as I'm happy to pay any fees) and then, you're right. I just need to wait. Hi - I've sold something on Trade me and made a huge mistake and didn't realise that my friend had already onsold the item to a friend (outside of trade me) but hadn't communicated that with me. So the item is no longer for sale. The buyer on my listing paid straight away. I have the buyers email address. I have emailed them 5 times over the last 24 hours asking for a phone number and telling them what I've done.
