Hi I have a buyer who paid for the Courier - Nationwide option. But when I tried to book the courier, that option isn't available; her address is viewed by NZ Post as Rural. I've contacted the buyer to ask them to pay the additional $2.35 postage but haven't received any response. Two weeks have now passed. Today I emailed again and asked if there's an alternative address I can send the item to, her workplace perhaps. If I still don't hear back, what do I do? Thanks, Liz
