Sell a similar item showing blank photos
I'm using the "sell a similar item" option on a listing I had but it won't let me remove the "blank" photos. That leaves me with only being able to upload 3 new photos to make the 20. The other (old) photos are in the new live listing but are blank.

Hi S. Have you tried going to edit and ONLY changing the photo's and nothing else? It worked for me a few times. It is a bit of an oddity that sometimes you cannot alter the photo's and have to edit separately later?? Been happening for a long time! Hope it works. Otherwise it's go to Contact Us bottom of page to get some help from TM live chat.

Oops. Forgot to say, have you clicked on the photo you want to delete so you then get the options showing the delete bin?

If you click on the "blank" photo it throws a wobbly. It has been happening for well over a year, saw that others had the same issue. Learning to live with it. Check out listing no. For example. Thank you

I can only look at it as a trade me member just like you on the community page, I see what you mean, blank space and a stall in the page. I have had to have more than one go to delete a photo sometimes but have not ended up with that issue. I am on desktop too.
If you want this looked at by Trade Me staff you will have to go to Contact Us, Live Chat and ask for a real person to take a look at it. Perhaps ask them to log it as a continuing problem so the tech team can look at it?

As above, I think you need to log this with Trade Me staff. See "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.

S Community SuperuserKia Ora S,I suspect this is a known issue with TradeMe staff as a number of closed Listings I try and view images of items have the same blank image though rotating circle in the middle as though it is attempting to load an image it can't find.As L has indicated this is the Community forum you are in, we are all Members just like you, we are not TradeMe staff - the best way to contact TM staff is through "Live Chat" for assistance - they may have a workaround we are not aware of in the Community yet & perhaps you can let us know the outcome so we can all help other members who encounter this. - That would be great.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAll the Best - Cheers.0
