Accepting a buyer offer on a car

Hi there,
I have received an offer on my car auction. If I accept this offer is it binding on the buyer who made the offer? Can they back out after I accept the offer?

Yes! An Offer made by a Buyer forms a Legal binding contract of purchase should the Offer be accepted by the Seller.
