To contact the Seller of an item you would put a question through on the Q&A section of the Listing. - You will have to ask if they ship to Australia, if this isn't stipulated in the Listing, unless you are shipping to an NZ address.
Rather than use the cart option you would purchase from the Listing page itself using the Buy Now option Or winning a successful bid.
If you have only just opened a New TradeMe account double check your emails incase TradeMe have requested further information confirming your Identity. - Cheers.

l seem to be having the same problem as Kylie, l have won an item , and can see no link to make payment.
i have set up a TradeMe account and it shows me i have a balance, but how do l now make payment to the seller ?
At first i tried to purchase the item, at the sellers asking price,and there also the system would not me make a payment, l did not have a TradeMe account at that stage, l then ask the seller if he could relist for auction,the results l have mentioned above, l put my bid in at the asking price to be fair to the seller, and because l saw it was still a fair asking price!

I followed the instructions above and had no trouble from that point.
I’ve now purchased/paid for an item and is in the shipping process now. 😁1 -

l wish i could say the same, followed all instructions, all to no avail !
l've been on the computer for 1and a half hours this morning, and the same yesterday.
and now l'm bald l've pulled all my hair out, have to go and have a big mug of coffee, and try again !!??

Once your Account is verified & set you can find Items you have purchased, Ping & payment instructions Links & Sending your Address to the Seller through your Won items. - Just keep your Seller updated with what step you are at - Communication is the key to Successful and Happy Trading.
Your Won items can be found anytime by scrolling down the Left hand side menu of your TradeMe Account - Select My TradeMe from the Top Right hand side of any page to get this Or If you are viewing your Watchlist your Account details will already be on the Left side Menu bar. - Cheers.

I'm just checking in to ensure you are sorted with your Trade.
If you're still in Limbo there Double check your emails including spam/junk folder incase TradeMe have emailed you for further information to verify your account.
If Ping (paying instantly via a saved card method) is not available on that Listing & if you can't see or haven't been emailed any Payment Instructions you Email your Seller for this information. Your Seller's email address will be in your Won items Tab &/Or in the Purchase Confirmation email TradeMe send you after making a successful purchase - Account status pending may not have sent this as yet until verified. I realise you have been in contact with your Seller previously to have the item relisted for you.
