Free shipping on my sold item?
One of my listings has sold and I had stated that it would be sent in a pre paid bag but at some stage the buyer was advised that shipping was free which I would like to find out how this could have happened please

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserWhat does it show on the sold auction page in the shipping area Angela? Does it say free shipping, arrange with seller, $0.00 some other option, etc. Have you asked the buyer who advised them it was free shipping?

As per Gary's comment above.
I had some-one try to tell me that shipping was free on a $1 item because the shipping cost wasn't specified in the listing & therefore in TM's email to the buyer, but it clearly said & the buyer had selected - "arrange shipping with seller".
