Refund from ping
How do I get a refund from ping? I accidentally paid by clicking the 'place order' button not realizing that would take the money from my credit card (why does the button not say "make payment"). I was trying to work out how to message the seller

If you have purchased an item(s) your Seller's email address will be in your Won items - the Listing itself - & in the Purchase Confirmation email you will have received from TradeMe - It is the Seller who refunds the Ping payment - Once they do this their Success Fee charged is automatically returned to their TradeMe account - Your Ping payment will be made back to your credit card.
You will naturally have to apologise to your Seller, explain what happened & ask the question/message you wanted to know. - Messages can only be made after a purchase is made & only if your Seller has Messages enabled - Otherwise you would normally ask a question in the Q&A section in the Listing itself - Cheers.
