Buyer hasn't paid or communicated after saying they would after I asked for my fee refund. Trade me doesn't allow me to click ask for refund again. I've emailed and no one has responded.

Sorry to read you've been mucked around further over this Trade,

You can contact TM staff through "Live Chat" for assistance rather than waiting day(s) for an email response, - If you select the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen, there may be a slight delay in this appearing.

Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.

The manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm

Buyer he’s not taking any responsibility he says that was by the mistake I just put the offer on your listing could you please put my listing back to the Trade Me again Toyota Camry 2019

Sorry to read that has occurred for you,

You are on the Community Forum here, we are all Members just like you - we are not TradeMe staff. - You have to create a New Listing to Relist the car - under the circumstance TM may help you with the Listing fees so you only pay for your Listing once However you will want to confirm this with them first.
