Right category not shown

I need to publish the advertisement of budgies but it is not visible to me. When i click birds then it direct me to cages and other accessories section. Since couple of months i didn't notice but later when i experienced that i am not receiving any enquiries then got to know that i advertised in the wrong category. Last time one of your team members move my advertisement to the budgies section and started receiving responses. Appreciate your help.

You need to be in the Desktop site to List Pets & Animals - this can't be done through the App.
I've just gone through to List a Budgie so I can walk you through the steps as below...
After typing your title scroll down near the bottom of the page and select the blue link 'Choose another category'
You will be taken through the following Category steps to Choose
1. Select Pets & animals
2. - Select Birds
3. Select Birds again
4. Select Budgies
You will be returned to the title screen as below...
