Editing a Livestock listing

Different categories have different fees Andrew, so sometimes when you want to edit to change category, you can't. You only option would be to wait till it finishes and change the category as you relist it, or withdraw the current listing and then list again in the category you want. Some things like livestock may only allow classifieds too and these certainly have different fees to auctions for things like cattle covers etc.
