Refund for postage for item not sent.

I inadvertently Addressed a consignment of two parcels to the wrong buyers and had to cancel and re address.
I have contact NZPost and cancelled the consignment who can I recover the postage so that I can readdress and send them to the correct buyers.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserAre you meaning you have booked courier, then cancelled courier and you want a refund of the courier charges you paid? If so, you contact Trademe as they are the ones that you paid, so they will refund you once you contact them and explain. Have your booking numbers to hand when you contact them via their Live chat system on the contact us page.
