How to edit ping payment amount to include shipping

Heya, How do I amend Ping payment amount to include shippjng as a seller? Buyer selected 'I will arrange shipping with seller'.
I have sold an item but had not input shipping costs as hadnt had a chance to work it out. I have since been to nz post and gotten shipping costs which buyer had agreed to. I am new to Ping as a payment method so any help would be great.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserEditedHi Raewyn. There is no way to edit a Ping amount to add to it once it's been made. You can refund an overpayment, but not increase the payment.
Several ways to get around it once it's done.
- Start a new listing for the shipping amount only, and point the buyer to that listing to buy and use Ping.
- Start another listing for the item, including a shipping cost, for the buyer to buy, then refund the original and get your fees back it.
- Ask buyer to pay shipping by bank transfer.
