Invalid listing number

hey guys, im wondering if someone can help me out. i have two active listings but when i click on them it doesnt come up and tells me the listing number is invalid?
does that mean my listings arent active?

Invalid listing usually means there is something that Trademe need to check with you eg proof of ownership etc before the listing can go live. Trademe will have emailed you what to do, so check your emails and you spam folder for an email from Trust & Safety and reply to them. People may still be able to see your listings in some cases but they can not see all the info, it shows the listing as from an unknown location and no questions can be answered or bids placed and they can't add to their watchlist.

If Trademe don't hear back, the listings usually stay invalid until they are due to close, then are usually withdrawn by admin at close time.
