Ping payment

So to me Trademe ping is theft, i sold an item sent bank details to buyer uses ping without my permission then i get success fees and ping fees deducted from sale so it only looks after the buyer it could be fifty fifty

Hello worrier. As per the emails and notifications, in-trade sellers have had Ping mandated on their listings since November last year. Perhaps you missed that somehow. The buyer didn't use Ping without your permission. It was there as a payment option on your listing.
