You can Extend your Listings through the Desktop site - The App currently doesn't have Full Features of the Desktop. - Type www.trademe.co.nz in your Device Browser, this will take you to the Desktop. - If you are still having trouble check you are running the latest up to date Browser & clear your Device cookies & cache then reconnect to TM the same way through the Device Browser - Cheers.

I received an email to extend my property listing which I did, but today I received an email saying that my listing had expired??? Please explain. This is my house I am trying to sell and I had 83 people watching it! Please advise

Is your Listing active Or has it expired on the system?
If it is active check the 'end date' is correct. - If it is expired you are best to contact TradeMe staff through "Live Chat" for assistance as they can help with investigating why your extension has not taken as you set it to and get the Listing back up for you, - you reach a staff member by selecting the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page, the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen, there may be a slight delay in this appearing.
Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0
