Problems uploading photos to listing

This almost sounds like your photos are too big. They need to be under 5 MB, you may need to do a re-shoot, make sure your camera is set to 4:3 - your other option is to load your pictures into a photo resizing app, and get them under 5 MB that way before you can load them onto Trade Me.

When I tried the second time, the option of loading phots never came up.

Do I have to click "Super feature" in order to upload photos.

If so, how do I click on that feature when it is ghosted and won't allow it?

Not sure where it's going wrong for you Robin, but it might be worth trying uploading straight to your My Photos folder on TM. That will at least check that they are supported ok.

Unfortunately Trademe have removed the ability to use uploaded photos from your My Photos folder when making a listing, but at least it will check your upload process.

Super feature should be explained on the page where you are seeing it, but it's a paid promotion so don't choose it until you have everything else sorted with your listing. Would be a bit pointless to have a super feature without any photos..

Photo uploads in the past have from to time been tricky. You would think Trademe would make it an easy task. I wonder if they are reading this and csn come on to help me.

When I first tried to list this morning, the photo upload feature came up. But whilst trying to sort it out, my draft listing disappeared and I had to start again. That's frustrating as well. Then the function of uploading photos had gone, and it won't come up when I try to edit it. The camera bit does, but not the photo upload bit.

If I continue to have problems, I might try facebook.

A bit more info might bring some suggestions Robin. What are you using to list and how? eg using Edge browser on desktop website, Desktop website on Chrome on Android phone, mobile App on a phone and if so Android or iPhone, is it a general item or real estate, motors, auction or classified? Lots of variables and each can have different ways of getting there. I know it's frustrating. Screenshots of what you are trying to do can also help to pinpoint what's going wrong.

Now sorted, by taking new photos directly from my Android phone camera.

Will need to work on how to get my library photos uploaded for other listings. Seems to be something that Trademe needs to work on as well.

No wonder people give up and use FB marketplace!

Since last iOS update I can’t upload photos from my library at all or to my photos on trade me…absolutely nothing happens. But I can get photos from phone camera without any issues.
