How to change feedback after editing once

Hi hoping someone can tell me if after leaving feedback then you get a blue face about an incident of courier not picking up parcel and then I edited with red face as it was all out of my control. Buyer realised she shouldn’t have placed it and changed her feedback but I can’t change mine as she asked. Any ideas, cheers 😀

Unfortunately feedback can only be edited the once. Your Buyer can add a comment underneath your feedback stating the issue has now been resolved Or you can delete your feedback though this then is not reflecting a true picture of the event that took place - for other Members dealing with your Buyer. - Cheers.
