We’re updating our Privacy Policy - 10 October 2023

We're letting you know about some changes to our Privacy Policy. The new policy comes into effect from 24 October.

At Trade Me, we take our members’ privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about how we look after your personal information. That is why we wanted to let you know we’re updating our Privacy Policy.

These changes include adding Homes.co.nz to our Trade Me Privacy Policy to reflect our ownership, introducing trusted new solutions to replace third party cookies and retiring some old products and services. This new policy comes into effect from 24 October.

We remain dedicated to protecting our members’ personal information. Our team works hard every day to make Trade Me a safe and trusted site so Kiwi can trade with confidence.

We encourage you to look at our updated Privacy Policy and Privacy Options page which can be previewed on our site.
