Can't add a photo to my listing.
AnsweredI missed placing a photo on my sale page and I've been questioned about the lack of a photo. When I try to add a photo to my page I keep getting an OOPS! notification which informs me that the tech department have been notified. That's fine, but no-one has contacted me and I don't seem able to contact anyone at TradeMe. Can anyone help me add my pic please?

Are you attempting to edit your photo's through the Desktop site Or the App site?
I can confirm I am able to Edit Photo's via the Desktop site.
There have been recent App updates rolled out:
- Android vers. 13 August 2023
- IOS vers. 140.9 on 14 August 2023I
If you are attempting via the App site you may want to install the latest version, if you haven't already, Otherwise ensure your Desktop Browser is running the latest updated version - try clearing your Cookies & Cache then reconnect to TradeMe with a Fresh start. - If it is a problem on the App site try via your Device Browser on the Desktop site & vice versa in the interim - If all is a No Go you will want to report this direct to TM staff - Cheers.

Thank you for getting back to me. I closed the page after 6 attempts to add the pic and went back 10 or 15 minutes later and succeeded in adding my photograph. Just did the same thing I had done before, so I don't know what the problem was. All's well thank you.
