No Success Fee Promotion on General Auctions
Could somebody please tell me how often these promotions are offered? Are they random or do they occur frequently?

Hi Sharyn there is a pattern to them, and it is possible to work out when the next will be. However I am not allowed to say in advance when they will be.
For the global no success fees for casual sellers there have been 4 so far this year. And they are always on a Saturday.
Every weekend there are other different promos sent out to different targetted members. These are not global ones that every member gets. These can be 25% off, 50% off, 100% off. Sometimes limited to certain categories or for $1 reserves only. Someone recently said they had credit applied to their account that they had to use on the weekend they got it.

I listed items last Saturday when it was free selling. Re listed them today as did not sell and now being charged success fees? I didn’t think you got charged success fees on these ones listed on that free selling day? Could someone please advise. It’s not worth me relisting otherwise. Thanks

Because your listings did not sell (during the free selling period) your listings are now being made available in the standard fee period, so yes, you will be being charged a success fee (if your auctions sell)
I think the only way to get around this is to list as $1 reserve (to ensure your auction sells during the free success fee period) that is what I did.
