Vehicles sold - no contact from buyer
It's been over a week and 3 emails later and no contact from the buyer of 2 vehicles. I got the success fees refunded ($0!) but how do I get the listing fee refunded?

Sorry to hear this has happened to you,
Under the circumstances TM may help you out with relisting - To contact a TM staff member for assistance via their Live Chat facility select the 'Contact us' link at the bottom of any TM page - Give the landing page a count of 15+ seconds for the Chat Tab to Pop up in blue bottom right of your screen, there is a slight delay in this "Chat" Pop up coming through.
The 'Live Chat' manned hrs Monday - Friday are 8:am - 6:30pm & Saturday - Sunday 8:30am - 4:pm.

Hopefully your Buyer is back on an email address following the weekend which they receive your emails through and they respond to you. Some people have more than the 1 email address and often TradeMe is a separate one from their normal wknd / daily address. - I would give them the benefit of doubt for the first 7 business days, if no response after this definitely report them to TM for any assistance you may need in re-listing and to allow them to monitor / action any necessary account restrictions here - All the Best - Cheers.
