How do I manually send the payment instructions in the TM app on an iphone?

Your payment instructions can be automatically sent to the buyer when a listing is won. If you haven't set this up yet – find out how.

You can also send payment instructions manually from your 'Sold' page.

The sold page is different on the app I have.  It just takes you to the “sold summary” of the item when you click on the sold listing which has no way to send the payment instructions.  I don’t auto send the instructions as when it is pick up they usually pay in cash or I don’t have the postage and want to send that price at the time of sending the payment details.

If the feature is not there you may have to access the Desktop site from your mobile Or send an Email with payment instructions meantime. I know the App is a light version of the Desktop site therefore it doesn't have as full features as the Desktop though hang in there another member may be able to offer valuable information for you - Cheers.

Hi Hilary. Even on desktop I have never found a way to send payment instructions from the sold page post sale. I always set up to send automatically, but if someone says they didn't seem to receive them I have just had to copy and email the instructions.

Maybe that's what they mean by sending them 'Manually'! Lol. Slightly lacking in the help pages there :)
