Worried about buyers feedback
AnsweredI accepted an offer on my auction which closed today. However i checked the buyer and they had feedback in the negatives. Im willing to give them a chance to contact, pickup and pay but also note they havent logged in since last month! What do i do?

Send them an email saying thanks for accepting my offer, please get in touch and we can sort pick up etc and hopefully all will be good. As you say worth the chance and the offer is sent and accepted so you sort of have to go ahead with it. See what sort of reply you get to your email............... I've noticed some who use their phone a lot for TM don't always show as having been logged in but they actually have. ??

I have sent them an email and used the message function. A lot of the feedback relates to no contact etc. I think everyone deserves a chance so wll see what happens. I'll give till next weekend and if nothing I'll have to sort out a refund.
