Buyer's email address invalid?

Emailed the buyer with pick up address & asking how they wish to pay; received 'postmaster' email 2 days later saying my message was undeliverable due to a problem with buyer's email address. Have no other way of contacting them. Is there an email address for contacting Trade Me directly, without being redirected to several questionnaires?

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserIf that happens, I place feedback asking for contact to be made and alerting them to the email problems. If you need to contact Tradme, I use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page. When going through the menu choices, just make sure on the last dropdown menu you select Other, then you get a form to write in to email them and add attachments if reqd.

Thanks Gary, obviously selected one of the 'specific' items on the dropdown menu & eventually got redirected to the Contact Us page again :(

L Community SuperuserIf their email is incorrect Trade Me probably can't contact them either :) Feedback is likely the only way they will see why there is a problem (but not by looking at their emails! lol.) If you don't get any response via feedback maybe start the request for your fees back. If the buyer does not respond then you can relist and blacklist them.
