Buyer didn't make contact so offered to other bidders on Fixed price and now want to cancel the offer?

If you can go to the old site this page here, there is a Withdraw offer button beside each listing you have offered, for you to click..

On the new site you have to go to the listing, then you will see a button top right like this.

Hi thanks there is no "withdraw offer" button on either the desk top or app platform that says withdraw offer so i am not sure the offer went through, Cos i advised TM that the sale fell through and then it said refund applied which was $0 as i listed on free dollar reserve the weekend before last, then it had the option to offer to bidders and watches so i selected that option entered in my price and though it had been done, but maybe not? how can i check an offer has been sent as it looks like it maybe didnt' work?  

there is nothing showing under unsold items, the item is showing in sold items but the but i advised TM yesterday that the buyer hadn't make contact, so applied for refund which is NIL - maybe that is the problem? but it is showing under your past activities see snip below as offer sent to bidders and watchers, but i can't withdraw the offer?

Yes, maybe the refund cancelled out the fixed price offer somehow, although it says in that screenshot of yours that the item did not sell.  I can see fixed price offers and the withdraw fixed price offer button on listing I have sold, then also made an FPO on ok, like this one that sold and I also sent out FPO.

Trademe have an automatic system that stops posts from appearing if they have possibly suspect links in them till a human has verified it. Strange, as the link I posted was to a Trademe page, so no idea why they their system thinks it's dodgy. I made a post one day that took 13 hous before it was visible. Up until then it just says pending, for me.
