Automatic relisting

Hi Loise. I would recommend you use Trademe's My Products. You can set automatic relist, schedule end times for no fee, automatically send fixed price offers, use stock level tracking, add custom common footers, easily setup and modify common shipping templates, and the list goes on and on.

How do you setup auto relist for allready listed products?

Via the trade me app or do you have to use the website my products

Use My Products. You can import to My Products from your sold, current and Unsold items, then go from there. Just remember that any current items are not linked to the product when you import, so make sure to let the current listing finish before activating the product to list in My Products. Also, have a good read through the Help pages on the My Products page.

I have registered for My Products vi Tradevine and I cannot login

Thanks, I managed to login. So after importing products into Tradevine, where do I list future products on Trademe or Tradevine?

Where you list depends on what you want to do. Tradevine is a separate system to Trademe and also separate to My Products. I think when you say Tradevine you are meaning My Products. I know it's confusing, but My Products is the one you access via Trademe where Tradevine is a separate system. 

If you are going to use My Products, it's best to list only through that as listings created directly on Trademe are not linked to anything in My Products, where listings created by My Products spawn listings that are linked to the My Products item. This includes any current listings you have ie you can import current listings to create products in My Products, but the current listings are not linked, so are orphan listings that have nothing at all to do with My Products.

Have a good read of the Help pages and the community pages to do with My Products before you start launching in to it and arfter that, there are lots of members here that may be able to help. There are several of us that were involved in the initial testing of My Products before it was launched to all members back in 2010.

How to identify sold items in My Products - No Listings?

When does the auto relist happen? one of the listing has ended and it did not auto relist. i have checked all settings/info are loaded correctly.

The auto relist happens within 20 minutes of close depending on server loads, but is often almost immediately. You can force an immediate relist by clicking in to a product and making sure activate at the bottom is ticked,  press Save, and as long as outstanding fpos are accounted for with stock and your relist settings, it will list.
