My daily 'favourites' emails have stopped.

Are you receiving other TradeMe emails without issue?

Check your email spam/junk folder just incase they've gone there. - If not put a message through to staff via the chatbot, recently a couple of members had a spam block on their favourite emails at TradeMe's end. - Cheers.

Hi there. Yes, I am receiving every other type of email from Trade Me inc. 12hr & 24hr reminders on my Watchlists. The Daily 'Favourites' summary email for all new items in my Favourites just stopped.

I have deleted them and added new Favourites and set 'Daily' emails for all of them - nothing. I've double-checked the Trade Me additional email settings and nothing has changed - they just stopped about 2 weeks ago. I also set my email notifications in the Trade me app on my iPhone. All are set to send me daily summaries of my Favourites.

I can still see the Favourites notifications badge numbers in the top area of the website and the notification badges at the bottom of the app on my phone - but no longer get the emails every morning which I miss.

Check your email junk/spam folder to see if the emails have gone in there, you'll be able to redirect them to your inbox if they have. - If your TradeMe emails aren't in your junk/spam email folder, click on the blue speech icon bottom right of your TradeMe page > type Leave a message at the bottom of the chat window in a New conversation to let staff know - your daily emails may be blocked from sending at TradeMe's end, a staff member can clear any block which may have stopped those emails from being sent out to you. - Cheers.
