Selling "more" on Trademe.
Hello Trademe
Like many New Zealanders my wife and I have shifted from our home to a retirement village in Auckland. Daily we check our TM listings, and are happy with the great service you provide. However I have found that very few residents of our village know anything about TM, and like ourselves end up cluttered with a lot of good stuff we have brought from our homes. I feel that if a staff member was to arrange a visit he could explain the benefits of TM, so that they can get rid of their clutter. (and TM can get more customers) There are probably several dozen retirement villages in Auckland, and a similar number in Wellington, all full of people wondering how to declutter. Happy to give any more information if you need it.

It's great to hear you're enjoying the site and decluttering, we love sustainability and the circular economy. I've also passed your suggestion on to the team. In the mean time Senior Net run workshops including on how to use Trade Me, it might be an idea to chat to the activities co-ordinator at the village, if you have one, about getting them in or maybe running a decluttering workshop to help people get started.
