Problem in sandbox env: "Ping is currently unavailable"

Does anyone know when will Ping be fixed in the sandbox environment?
It's been a week that i get "Ping is currently unavailable. We are aware of the problem and hope to get it back to you shortly." when trying to use the sandbox env or using REST API on the sandbox env.
This is blocking me from developing my listing management app.
Surely i'm not the only one to face this issue. Any help, support, hint or work around would be very welcome.

Hi Michelle, I've already sent 3 emails and opened 1 ticket. I'm still waiting for any response.
The main issue is that it is impossible to create a listing without the Ping payment method. As it is "currently unavailable" on the sandbox, i cannot do anything related to listing management. Switching my tests to the prod server is a last resort..,
