Why no notification when I have sold something?

I thought Trade Me was all about selling things. Why is there no notification when I sell an item? I shouldn't have to go to another programme (my email) instead. I am sure there used to be a notification before the site was "updated".

Are you talking about notifications on your App? Or on the Desktop?
Have you checked that you have all the notifications you want turned on?
On both desktop and App, I can confirm I have had notifications this morning for my sold items.

Both, I do not get notifications on the app or my laptop. I sold something this morning and only found out when I opened my emails.

Does your sale reference number begin with "KP" ? These ones are on the new system and might not be coming through correctly.
For the App notifications, make sure you have it turned on within your settings from My Trade Me on the App. There is a toggle button for notifications for sold items. The exact instructions are different depending if you are using iOS or Android. Also make sure you are running the latest version of the App.
