Afterpay - how do you get your funds out
I have an afterpay amount to receive my payment. My afterpay account is set up and the payment was yesterday. I have not received the .01 cents yet to continue for payment. How long does this take and shouldn't it be automatic now. Thanks

S Community SuperuserKia Ora cybergranny1,Did you activate Afterpay to complete your registration?If not it can take a day or 2 for the 1cent to appear in your Bank account along with the 6 digit activation code.Check your emails incase TradeMe have sent you a request to verify your Bank account.Once your registration is complete and your Afterpay account is activated funds are automatically transferred to your nominated Bank account at 7:am each Business day therefore any payments received after 7:am will go out the following business day - from there it depends on the timing of your Bank to process the batch run into your account. - Congratulations on your sale.1 -
After pay account has been activated a few years ago. still waiting for the .01 cent LOL thanks

That being setup already the funds should be automatically transferred Yes! The payment should be in your Bank account no later than 3 Business days. You won't receive another 1 cent for an existing account, the purpose of the 1 cent is solely to activate a new Afterpay account. The only time the funds may be held up would be if TradeMe need to process verification which can happen if your Afterpay account hasn't been used for awhile. If you have no email from the company your transfer is good to go.
Afterpay T&C's - clauses:
3.4. Subject to clauses 3.3 and 3.5, Trade Me will pay the Seller's funds to the Seller's Nominated Bank Account as soon as reasonably practical, but in any case no later than three working days after it is received (unless the parties agree otherwise).
6.2. Before allowing the Seller to use the Service or withdraw their funds, Trade Me may require the Seller to verify its control of, and access to, the Nominated Bank Account (in accordance with Trade Me's bank account verification process). Trade Me may require subsequent confirmation of this account if the Seller has not received a payment for three or more months.
