Why is it so hard to search Expired listings?
Is there any easy way to get a category search of expired listings so I can get a feel for prices or am I just being thick?

Callum Community SuperuserHello doogal11 Expired listing search is only currently available in the old system.
Whether this means it will eventually be moved to the new system or if it will eventually be dropped only Trade Me could answer. To be honest it never was/is much good anyway.
To get there you hit refine in your search or category, and scroll down to expired listings. You will get kicked out into a new window old format page.
