Finance was owing and then when it is paid off and cleared it is remaining on the add. I cant see a way to contact trademe. Any ideas

It had finance which has been paid off and cleared
The trademe add is not reflecting this and is still showing as owing
This is annoying and I cant find a way to fix it
Also cant find a way to contact trademe which is crazy considering how much they charge in fees.
Any ideas
