Have we lost our Blacklists?

Havent used TM often recently.. Have they done away with our black lists?

Our Blacklists are still active though can only be accessed through the Desktop sites Or the Android App. - The feature is located under Selling options though works for both Sellers & Buyers.
On the Desktop site go to My TradeMe > Settings & scroll down the center page to Selling options.
On the Android App go to My TradeMe > Profile & account > Selling options.
