When I try to open My Products, Tradevine opens instead
Over the last two days on several occasions I've tried to open My Products, but Tradevine has loaded instead. One time it fixed itself a few minutes later. Now, it is happening again.

Callum Community SuperuserHello pineave. Yes, this is a common problem. It is because the two systems are related.
For me a cache / cookies clear sorts it. So give that a try.

Does Trade Me plan to fix it? Seems like it has been a problem for so long.

That's strange. Has always worked for me (and others)
Do you know you can just click one of the options and it will go to My Products? It's been so long since i seen it I can't quite remember but something like "login with Trade Me" or similar and it just takes you to My Products. So it's just an extra mouse click until it sorts itself out.
