But yes, personally I've noticed that on Desktop if you do a search (I'm on firefox) sometimes nothing happens. Especially if you are a fast typist or copy paste your search. This seems to be because Trade Me hasn't fully loaded the page and is not ready for the search. In this case, clicking back into the search box will reveal your search in the history. Clicking it from there will preform the search correctly.
