I have been trying to pay by ping keep getting Error adding Card
Add credit card failed all details correct been doing it since last night
have done what has been recommended on the help page still no luck
card i am using is close to expire date

Callum Community SuperuserCan you try just paying for the item with a "new card" rather than adding it first?
Have you had any other issues purchasing items online recently with the close to expired card?
Checked with your bank to see if that could be the issue?
Tried on both the App and Desktop using the card?

seems to be a issue as old card expires next month new card was not active till now activated new card it now working
