When was this transaction purchased & paid for?
A payment can be held by the company if they need to verify that payment made though you should receive an email letting you know. I understand you've received no notification email therefore what timeline are we looking at here?
Do you have automatic Ping transfers set up? - Is it likely the payment has already been processed through to your Bank account?
Definitely don't send any goods until you see that payment in your account or receive confirmation from TradeMe to.
