Request for Assistance with Featured Listing Fee

Listing #: 6034692059 Hi Trade Me Support, I’m hoping you can help before I relist my business listing. A few days ago I paid $99 to upgrade my listing with the Feature Listing option to increase its exposure. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise the listing was so close to its expiry date, and it expired today. When I try to relist it, the system requires me to pay around $198, including another $99 Feature Listing fee. As I only received a few days’ benefit from the previous upgrade, I’m finding it very difficult to justify paying the feature fee again. I’m currently experiencing significant financial hardship and have been trying my best to sell my business for a while here . Before I make any payment, I wanted to ask whether there is any way you could transfer the Feature Listing to the relisted listing, provide a credit, waive the additional feature fee, or suggest another solution. I would really appreciate it if you could review my situation. Any assistance or goodwill consideration would mean a great deal to me. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your advice. Eva
