Hi Trade Me Support,
I'm hoping you can help remove the bank account currently linked to my Afterpay setup.
I either added this account by accident or I'm unsure how it ended up being selected during the activation process. I recently processed a refund for a private deposit that was completely unrelated to Trade Me, and I believe that after working some very long hours and setting up my Trade Me profile while exhausted, I may have accidentally mixed up an account number with my own.
The bank account currently showing is:
Account Name: Won't provide on a online forum due to privacy legislation bt have submitted if required via the chat option.
Account Number:starting 02 and ending in 9066-000
Could you please remove this account from my Afterpay/Trade Me profile?
I'm currently waiting for my new Westpac business account to be finalised and will be using that account instead once it's available.
I sincerely apologise for the confusion and appreciate your assistance in getting this corrected.
I'm also wondering if it's possible to update my username from james5460 to TradeSolutionsNZ (or Trade Solutions NZ, if spaces are allowed) alternatively TradeSolutionsNewZealand or TSNZ short for TradeSolutionsNZ
I've recently started using this account to sell under a consistent trading name rather than as a personal account. I'd like my username to better reflect my seller identity so buyers can easily recognise my listings and build confidence when purchasing from me.
I understand username changes aren't always available, but I'd really appreciate it if you could make this change, or let me know if there's another option that would achieve the same result.
