Offers made - why can't I accept them?
I've been made multiple offers on Trademe listings. I have a button to 'View Listing' but nowhere to Accept offer. I have tried to contact customer support but there's no one there - can anyone help please? I want to accept these offers but there's no way to do so.

Can you see these offers in your notification page? - you should be able to accept them through there if you can't see the Accept from within the Listing.Trouble shooting steps would be the usual ensure your device is running the latest up to date version and to clear your cache incase there's a redundant cookie interfering. - If you type troubleshooting in the search bar up the top of this page it will bring up a dropdown menu for you to select either the website or Apps troubleshooter depending on which device your using.If you're using the Desktop site can you see whether the accept tab is available through the App & vice versa. - I've not heard of the accept or decline options being affected by the upgrades as yet. - Let us know how you get on. - All the Best.0 -

In addition... Offers through the 'Make an Offer' feature are only available for 24hrs, unless a bid reaches the Reserve price which cancels out any offers made, in either case the button won't be available on the Listing. - Cheers.
