I can't see my listed items
AnsweredAs part of the magical three year upgrade, I now can't see what items I am selling. Bets on how long it will take to be fixed?
Additionally
- shipping is stuffed
- Trade Me upgraded me to 'in-trade' (meaning i pay the selling fees), even though I am only selling my own stuff.
Any experience with any of that?
Yes, just another day on Trade me.

Hello zintellian. From this end I can see you have 181 items listed. Do you see something different there?
If you can't see all of your items on desktop view in your items I'm selling page, some might be showing on "mobile" if they were created on new look. You can check that by hitting mobile view at the bottom of the page.
In-trade seems to have been turned on automatically for some people, probably just your volume of listings has triggered it. However you can contact Trade Me to get that turned off again.
The shipping issue is known, and being worked on (hopefully)

Thanks for the reply - yes, I see 181 items sometimes in 'My Trademe' but when i click on the items, it reverts to the old view with no listings to display.
I'll try the mobile view, cheers

That does work - but it doesn't save - so I have to click it each time. Rather clunky.

Hi zintellian, I had the same problem, quite a while ago, with Trade Me suddenly switching me to in-trade. This was solely because of the number on listings I had at that time (similar to the amount that you have). I explained to Trade Me that the items listed were personal stuff (clearing a family-member's deceased-estate), and then Trade Me switched me back to not in-trade.
Go to Contact Us, at the bottom-right, or click-on the blue-bubble on the bottom-right of this page. Ask the AI-robot to put you through to the Trade Me team, and, just before you sign-off, explain that it is just personal items you are listing, so you should not have been put into in-trade, and ask that you be changed back to not in-trade.
After a few days, you should receive an-email response from a Trade Me staff-member, so, look out for that in your in-box.
