I take it the Listing is from a Private Seller, have you checked the Listing for a contact phone number?

If no phone number has been provided you could try putting a question through any other listing they have running in a different category to motors in the off chance they haven't received your question notification. - Outside of this it could be a good indication of response times should you purchase the item then have a need to contact the Seller down the track should something go wrong. - I hope you hear from them soon. - All the Best.
