The cart is only available for 'Buy Now' listings with payment by Ping, the options for shipping discounts, combined shipping &/Or free shipping over a certain $ dollar spend are set up by the professional seller - if these options aren't available in the cart then the Seller hasn't set the cart up for these options and combined shipping will need to be discussed through the Q&A section on one of the Listings prior to purchase, if the Seller is unable to change shipping options to add a combined option for you they will be able to refund any excess shipping payments made. - The cart was designed specifically for Ping payments only prior to Afterpay becoming an option on the site, this may become an option in future plans though currently is unavailable. - Cheers.
